Philips 37" LCD TV and ipod 30gb to swap with iphone 4 plus money .

Hi, i have a philips 37" TV and an iPod touch 30gb to swap for an iPhone 4 plus ill pay money on top. The TV just needs a screen, or may be a quick fix, as it powers up and has sound, the screen has distorted but everything else is fine with it. The ipod is a 30gb one and works fine.
